I called The Screen Machine to come to my home for a new screen door. My old door just would not roll anymore and I had to fight with it to open it. (I'm 84 years old) They gave me a quote over the phone for a new door. After the gentleman saw my door, he told me I did not need a new door, it just need to be adjusted. He was done in 2 minutes and it works great. He did not even charge me! Even after I insisted that he let me pay something, he refused. He told me I reminded him of his Grandmother! He said her favorite saying was "do a favor now and then for someone you don't know". It will be returned 10 fold. I believe his Grandmother was correct. So told all my lady friends at church to use this company!
