Our company had screens put in June of 2014. SRP offers a rebate if a customer provides certain information. Some of that information is provided by the company who installed the screens. Today is April 29, 2015 and after MONTHS of going back and forth with this company we FINALLY received the paperwork that we needed, only after keeping a very obvious paper trail of unprofessionalism and just...
