I have never stayed there, but I did sit in the lobby and enjoy a $7 Sierra Nevada :-/ I could have paid that price and an A's game and gotten some sports instead of a stuffy bartender. The atmosphere was elegant, but it was not exactly my style.
We loved The Rose Hotel. Staff was so welcoming. The lobby and rooms were so clean and always smelled wonderful. This hotel was like a home away from home.\n\nThe hotel room could use a microwave and mini fridge.
We only stayed one night but truly enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful as was the cleaning lady who helped us with our key. Great amenities in the room, just a delightful stay. We will stay again.
