Writing in response to a review posted a couple weeks ago by what seems to be the infamous crazy resident running around the building complaining about literally everything. First of all, if there is a thermostat in every apartment that we are able to control ourselves... why would you think heating/cooling is included? You Can Hear Everything Your Neighbor Does

These apartments are very noisy in comparison to others I have lived in. I can hear everything my neighbor does as the walls are very thin. I am often kept awake due to their TV or late night conversations. These are old apartments, so it can be somewhat expected, but I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. Pricey, but the location to the train (less than a 5 minute walk to Providence train station) might make it worth it. The gym facilities are excellent. The pool is a great addition.
