I have been in this complex for over 8 years. It started off really great and now things are just continuously going downhill for at least the past 3-5 years. Please do not waist your time or money by living here. It takes the maitanance a long time to fix anything. I have been waiting since February 2015 for the to fix my cabinet that has lost of mildew in it. It took them almost a year to fix my leaky roof. where do i begin the apartments are spacious and the AC doesnt work ever it will never be less than 75 which isnt cool in hot TX and in winter heat doesnt work also its very humid in the apartments causing mold on walls furniture and build up on vents, there are stray cats every where but you need them to help fight off the possums and rats that roam around due to the always over flowing...
