I'm sure there used to be more than one review of this place... This place is complete trash. My husband and I rented a two bedroom and broke our lease early. Within a few months span our building...

I lived at the Mill Ponds for 3 years. During my time, I found management to be helpful (attentive, responsive, etc.) and I was pleased with my experience there. I found the rent to be a good value for this location. The tenant base is pretty diverse - including singles, elderly and young families (a lot of single parents), however, I didn't have any troubles with noise, etc. Overall, the...

I was looking over some of the old reviws of this place, and really couldnt believe it. I have lived here since September of 09' and have been nothing but pleased with my home and the staff as well.
