Extremely poorly maintained building and worse of all for the price you pay EMERGENCY maintenance is non existent.

This apartments have the best view to Manhattan and in the back there is a green area where the dogs can run and people can relax at lunch time. The apartments have a huge terrace were tenants can seat and relax The back is a public space and many fisherman come to fish in the Hudson. I did not give 5 because most of this fisherman make a mess and leave fish rest on the ground, you can see...

Spent 10 days in one of the apartments,amazing, loved it, great views, very clean and spacious, close to the path station for access to NY, I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Sky City staff were great .
