Overall it was a fun experience to dine at the Pass, but for the price of the food I expected to be blown away for most of the 9 dishes they serve. I can't honestly say any reached that level, but there were some very good dishes. The cooking techniques used were quite impressive though, and every dish looked beautiful.

I look at things such as Valet parking...are they polite and friendly. They were OK but not professional. I also look at the room. Just getting into the private room was pretty cool. Very elegant and uncrowded...the tables were set apart smartly. You were not listening to the conversation at the next table. Excellent. The wait staff was very professional and well mannered and dressed...
