These apartments are not good. In addition to being overpriced (even in the current market), they charge you for all utilities and even charge the tenants for watering the common areas.

At first glance everything looks amazing, but when you start looking at the small thing is when it goes down hill. There was paint all over our new blinds, carpet and wood-like floors when we first moved in and the bugs are huge and disgusting. I don't know what they used to spray the apartments, but it does not work and we have had to use our own spray multiple times and maintenance takes...

When I asked them to show my girlfriend and I the apartments we were looked at like we had 3 heads. General disinterest in assisting us Apartments are tiny and not worth what they are charging...

This place is very nice. When something happens they are here same day to fix it. One of the best things that the did was get me a brand needful size washer and dryer to replace the stackable in my apartment because I am to short to reach the dryer part.
