The Orchard

This place is horrible. The residents are not cared for properly. There has been multiple deaths that could have been prevented if the resident was properly cared for and sent out to the doctor. You should do a very thorough check inside the facility and it’s emplyees! One resident was in the day room deceased for over an hour before anyone even noticed! Please be very aware of the infections...

I have found this Facility to provide excellent care and management.
It is as home-like as possible for a large facility. I have experience with three other such facilities in the Jackson area and have found this to be the best for me and my situation.

A: Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Q: Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
A: Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
