Excellent customer service, very friendly, very knowledgeable, great healthy deli with really tasty food, great people and very akin to a mom and pop store if you are looking to be healthier or a health nut and you are in newport this is the place to go

An oasis of healthy choices in Eastern Tennessee

Being a vegetarian is not an easy thing when visiting the South! And little did I know that this delightful shop was right around the corner from where my Mom lives!The staff was so nice - and helpful too. I believe it's owned and run by a family.I'll be back there next year when I visit.
