Coyotes periodically enter the complex from the nearby San Diego River to hunt for food. They have been known to prey on cats. I repeatedly asked the management to post signs to warn people not to leave their kids or pets outside unattended, but they ignore the problem.

I have lived at Missions for almost 2 years. I have never been happier. I love my apartment, I love the property and really have no complaints. People are only complaining about issues that happen at any complex you live in. Apartment living is aprartment living. Not sure what people expect! I don't understand why people come here to complain and whine. I've been living here for 3 months so far and I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. The ladies in the leasing office are nothing but helpful and attentive. Any requests are usually answered within 2 days. The maintenance crew respond quickly to any issues that arise. This is not a family friendly complex. Very dog friendly though. Ever bit of grassy area is used as a K-9 toilet and it smells like it too. If you are without children but have a large to small dog...this is your place. And do not look for any sympathy to your appartment woes, management could not care less.
