It was a great pleasure to have stayed in this hotel for three days. I have really enjoyed the laid back feelings at the pool. This hotel and its staff are everything I had wished for. Everyone and everything was absolutely perfect and exceptional. I had a great time and never had a bad meal. No to mention, all of the staff were so accommodating.

I could not of asked for a better birthday. The staff from the beginning was welcoming. I wish I remembered everyone's name but I appreciated them all! They helped when we needed help. They even upgraded us to the most amazing suite. Honestly hands down...

The hotel is in a great spot in the Gaslamp. You can park overnight at Horton Plaza and walk to the hotel. Reception was great upon check-in. The room did need some repairs though. There was a hole in the robe, the sink handles need...
