For the last two years, I've always stayed at the James when I'm in NYC for business. However, this trip was less than mediocre.

My sister and I flew up to NYC for shopping trip. The James is a great location for SoHo and Broadway Street shopping. Beautiful "boutique" style hotel with very comfortable rooms and great restaurant and bar on-site. We would definately return.

Had room on 12th floor with double Windows, the view as fantastic especially at night when all the buildings are lit up. Rooms are light and airy and due to the vast amount of natural light coming in feel spacious. Bathroom toiletries were full size and smelt Devine, super shower and the heated floor was lovely.
