Nice and friendly staff, very good services, however the condtion of the hotel is a little bit tired. Just in the heart of Manhattan, easy to reach every part of the city, close to main tourist attractions and also the underground.

A lovely holiday stay, in a great location. A slight issue (although more with Expedia) in that I wasn't aware until check-out that the 'facilities fee' is compulsory. This covers use of the fitness centre and free use of the telephone. As we weren't using any of these facilities we 'assumed' that this would not be charged.
