1.) Yes, weed is legal in Colorado. However, I don't appreciate my unit smelling like it. INSIDE not outside. Outside smells like greasy Popeyes Chicken and Indian food. The parking lot may look rough, but there is plenty of FREE parking. The kitchens are nice and having a washer/dryer in unit is very convenitent.
My sister and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment for the last two years. It is very spacious and wonderful living environment: The price is reasonable as compare with the others. Each rooms were very large and comfortable, the bathroom cleanliness is wonderful. Also, the outdoor trees give complete privacy and create a well secured environment.

The French Quarter has a very friendly staff that are eager to help. The apartments are newly renovated. The parking lot is dirty (I'd rather not mention the things I've found near my vehicle). Not a bad place to live.
