Pricing was in line with other companies. After job was performed, my baseboard trim had areas where the sander brushed against and removed paint. James went out and hand painted the areas which turned out great, and demonstrates he will personally make sure the job is done correctly.

We got several quotes before choosing The Flooring Artists to refinish our delicate 100 year-old floors. These guys were honest, professional, accommodating to our tight schedule, and most importantly reasonably priced. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The transformation of our floors is unbelievable and we couldn't be happier. And our job was no easy task!
