Our stay at this Hotel in downtown San Francisco was quite satisfactory. It is located in the prime tourist area within walking distance to many local attractions. Taxi's, Uber, and BART get you to your destinations. No Hotel Shuttle. UBER is by the cheapest and most efficient. The staff is excellent and cleans and maintains the facilities well, however the rooms are rather small like most San...

no fan, no ac, no body wash, opened the window for ventilation and heard people fighting all night, people drunk, area was sketchy, however a close walk to union square. Take one hot shower and the whole room is humid.

Rude Staff; Uncomfortable Room; Poor Condition

Immediately upon arrival, the hotel staff was rude to me. After I went up to the room, I came back downstairs and asked if they had an extra cot. The gentlemen at the desk said "no" and offered no other assistance whatsoever. The condition of the room was horrible. The bathroom was small, and the hotel provided hardly any towels. The room was incredibly hot, which required us to keep the window...
