The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was very large, for San Francisco, and well appointed.\n\nWe did have a problem in the bathroom. The cold water would not turn off. When we returned about an hour later the problem was fixed.
Location, location, location\n\nUsed BART and had to walk uphill to the hotel.
