We had the opportunity to attend a wine and cheese class on the last night of our vacation. What a treat! The teacher was Collette. She was very, very knowledgeable and made the class fun with her stories of visiting the places that made the cheeses that we were tasting. The cheese and wine......fabulous! I'd highly recommend this to anyone...
