This small cafe is located inside the Hayward Historical Society's building. They have excellent coffee and a great menu that features fresh local produce. The food is great. I highly recommend the beet salad w/ goat cheese and glazed walnuts, dressed with a tasty vinaigrette and served with a cheese bread stick. You do not have to pay the museum...
