Like the other reviewer, I am not happy here. I was told that the floors were concrete and noise could not be heard like walking, however this is not true, especially when a person walks hard and with their heels!! Kinda like a herd of elephants. Smoking here is a BIG problem, over 50% of tenants smoke in their units and the smoke comes through the walls into other units. Poor insulation. Can't...

Where to start?! This place is very over priced! The units are about 1200 sq feet for a 2bed/ 2bath and are dark and unfriendly. There have been numerous false fire alarms in the last few months at all hours! There are two elevators for normal use and a freight elevator. One of the three is usually out of service. I hear the alarm from the elevator go off frequently! There are constant problems...
