Executive Chef Chris Coleman has been inspired by the traditional southern flavors he grew up with, and equally inspired by ...the influences of new cultures to the South that now call it home. The Monticello offers a unique dining experience. Through the French doors off the lobby, you can enjoy an atmosphere filled with sophistication, while upstairs you will be surrounded by European elegance. The restaurant is nestled inside the historic Dunhill Hotel in Charlote. The Chef prepares his delicious meals using fresh food from local sources. And, the pastry Chef's creations....yummy!
