Nice apartments on the edge of downtown. If you work in east downtown, as I do, the location can't be beat. The complex is well maintained and the apartments are nicely finished. I picked this apartment complex because it was located downtown. I have one of the bigger one bedroom apartments - it would be small for a suburban apartment, but pretty spacious for the downtown area. There's lots of storage room with 3 closets. This apartment complex is great. The staff, particularly Jen, is very helpful and will deliver packages to your apartment if you're unable to make it into the office.

The pool table and lounge are great places to hang out while you grill. The garage is pretty safe- i would recommend paying for an assigned spot though because the general parking gets filled quickly and makes it difficult to...

I have lived here a full year now. The Arts, is a moderately nice place to live. The staff is decently helpful at times. Though they tend to say one thing and do another. I felt like I was getting nickel and dimed for costs on things, and not all of their costs are clearly explained to you when you sign your lease.
