THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! YOU WILL BE LIVING IN THE HOOD/PROJECTS IF YOU MOVE HERE.

Maintenance is the absolute worst! They are incompetent and don't know how to communicate with tenants. I've had to provide a spare key for them 3x because they keep losing my key. Management will lie to your face then make excuses when you confront them. They tell you that a repair has been fixed but it hasn't. As a result of a leak that took months to fix I now have mold in my apartment...

I would not recommend this place because of the bugs, and all the repairs needed. I have contact them several times to repair and they come and put complete, but it is not complete, it is still broken. They have pot holes all through out the property, they no longer have a tennis court, but still advertise it. They have air in the pipes so you can hear every your neighbor flush the toilet &...

These apartments are definitely a work in progress. The buildings need work and are not very well maintained. The "volleyball court" has broken nets and most times it looked. The entrance gates usually don't work for months at a time. The communication from the office management is lacking but it seems to be getting better slowly. I would have a hard time recommending these apartments to anyone...

This is a wonderful apartment complex. The 3 bedroom floor plan has good sized bedrooms, with plenty of space for a bed, dresser, tv stand, etc in each room and good sized closets.
