I normally never write reviews, but my experience was so awful I had to let everyone know. Judging from the last review, Rafael leaving the salon is very upsetting. I had an appointment with him last week for a keratin treatment, and when I got there they told me he no longer worked there. I should have canceled and left when I had the chance.

The nerve of these people. I had an appointment with Rafael, and they didn't call me to let me know that he was no longer working there. They told me when I showed up. Some Russian woman, who has always been cold towards me in the past, was all smiles and trying to get me to do my color with her or another stylist. I didn't appreciate that AT ALL.
