Tomorrow will be a week since my appointment. No update on the insurance discussion. Radio at front desk way to loud. One of the office personal very rude. Chose to sit there and surf her phone instead of discussing an issue I have with a policy to my face. Just looked at her phone and said over her shoulder it's office policy. Best part of visit was Stevie. Sam Mason.

Friendly, dedicated staff, who seem committed to making an otherwise unpleasant part of “life” as comfortable and worry free as possible. Very thorough in detailing the process and the doctors are willing to spend time answering any questions about procedures, etc. Highly recommend to any potential patients.
