I cancelled my insurance and was charged a $71 fee. Supposedly an earned policy fee plus $17 earned billing fee. That is outrageous! I canceled 8 days prior to the actual policy ending and I was told I get $1.98 back. I am an insurance agent and have never been charged such fees! I worked with Yasmine Luna who helped me cancel my insurance on the house I sold and getting a refund I was not even aware of, she was very helpful and very efficient! This was, by far, the easiest time I've ever had getting a refund from an insurance company. Thank you very much!
