Very very beautiful apartments, awesome location, and friendly staff. It really feels like resort living!! It's a little pricey but you defiantly get what you pay for.

Nice Apartment on the quiet side of Gate Parkway

Overall great experience at this apartment complex.
The good:
Buildings were built within past 5 years so they're in really good shape.
Dog park was recently renovated with astroturf and is now useable and great for dogs.
Quick to respond to all service requests and the staff are friendly.

The bad:
Landscaping outside is rough and there are plenty of weeds that the company is letting grow...
