Not the best place to be living as far as neighborhoods go. But overall, not bad. Sometimes there's no parking spots, other times you can hear kids playing (all day!) but most of the time its peaceful.

I've been living here for just under a year. And for the price, the location, the cleanliness and the space and being dog friendly. It's a no brainer. For apartment living this is the best you're going to find in this area easily.

Geri is a decent manager, maintenance is nice, And they have a guy who patrols the grounds at night. Floors are thick so no noise there, the only down side is the crapy parking very crowded and the walls are thin so The ppl we share a wall with sound like they are ALWAYS pounding on the walls and the …
