Do not use Terminix no matter what. We had been using them for over a year. Every time they would spray a chemical in the house. I would ask the technician if the chemicals were harmful to me or my animals, and they always said " no they were not ". Last time they came to the house for treatment, I asked the same question because things were a little different now since I had just started...

I'm a bit ashamed that I hired this company. What can I say... I wanted to save a buck, but it cost me in the long run. The sales person didn't appear to have any training, except to say whatever possible to make a sale. He was the last quote I got. I opened the front door, he didn't want to come inside, didn't …

I was put on the phone with someone who was supposedly the manager at Terminix, either Darin or Dean, he was curt and unpleasant, and immediately put me on hold. Then started talking with another person, THERE WAS NO REASON FOR HIM TO EVEN HAVE PLACED ME ON HOLD. During the conversation with this other person he stated he was talking to a ""Canadian"" and they both laughed, which I find offensive, then he just hung up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, no customer service, and they do not care about the customer.
