We just moved in today. There was a small issue. We were emailed the wrong address so we went to the wrong property and had our mail sent to the wrong address and had to update all of our friends and familybut when we got to the "right" address it was clean and fully loaded. There was a snack basket and the bathroom had a small basket with toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. They had a bar of soap...

Unforgiving and Unprofessional

My experience was not so good with TEMPSTAY as I was charged $1537 for no contract and/or agreement. They changed the door locks, went through all of my belongings without authorization, charged my personal debit card with no authorization and assumed that I had a pet so they charge me a pet fee with that.

Avoid like the plague

I facilitated a transaction with this firm for a consultant I had working in the med center area. Firm kept me on correspondance between their client and themselves which was highly inappropriate and unprofessional, for which I advised them that it was none of my business.

Later, after being 3 days late with payment they went through my consultants belongings and blocked access to the apartment. Tempstay proceeded to advise consultant that comments I made were one of the reasons that actions were being taken.

Unbelievably unprofessional and over reactive at so many levels.
