Rarely am I moved to write a review. I do when service is quite superb or to the contrary. I'll start from the beginning. I ordered a cab at 7:55am and was told that it would take 30-45 minutes...

I called them today at 1:30 to pick me up from work at 3:00. That's 90 minutes! They weren't out there, so at 3:05 I called them, and they said they only had 3 cabs in the area and it could take up to an hour. This is ridiculous! You call ahead, and then they leave you high and dry. Never again!!!!!!!

They make it so difficult to get a cab. Once you call, they email a contract and want you to reply with your credit card info. The surcharge to Lemont was $17 and then additional $2+ per mile. So...

I have been a lot lot of places,and these cab prices are insane!! I do not know how it is legal!! The Citizens of Joliet and surrounding area that have or choose to use a cab service should demand...

I called them for a cab two hours in advance to take me too work at 7:30 am. They showed up half an hour late, and there prices were outrageous!!! I almost lost my job. Now I use Joliet area taxi. There prices are So much better, and they have not been late once!!
