DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was having Quickbooks and e-mail issues with my work computer and called what I thought was one of the best companies in San Diego for on site tech issues...WRONG! They sent out the first technician for 31/2 hrs; charged me $409 and left. The next day, absolutely none of my issues were resolved. They sent another technician out for free to re-address the issues. After 21/2 hrs he became frustrated and took the computer back to their location to continue the repairs. I went 10 days without my computer before they sent the first technician back out to ""simply hook...

Do not use this company....they will not stand behind their work...techs who actually are nice do not know how to trouble shoot. They use online tools to trouble shoot which isn't a bad thing, but they will not stand behind the tougher work. Case in point, i had a windows network issue, they charged me 448 dollars to reinstall windows which they then forgot to put in the password. !0 days...

I was having an issue with my computer it kept freezing and running very slow. I am not a very computer savvy person and was very confused on why my computer was acting this way and what to do. My neighboors the Wollnick's use Tech 2U mobile computer repair all the time so I decided to give them a call. They sent Mike out for my appointment, he was great!! He found a virus on my system removed it and added anti-virus to the computer. I had no idea you needed to have a virus protection on a computer. Mike explained everything in terms that I could understand which is a breath of fresh air....
