The clock door on my range needed a tiny adjustment and I emailed Gere to inquire about it. I got a reply in less than 24 hours and had an appointment scheduled right away. No wonder place has been around for so long. Taylor's has great customer service and stands behind their work. It doesn't get any better than this!

When my freezer broke, I called them and they came and fixed it in no time!! The man that came to fix it was very honest with me about the quality of appliance I had and recommended that I not put any more money into it. I am definitely going to buy my next fridge from them!!
