Everything was exceptional. The only thing I didn't like was that some of the tables were really close together. But the food and service was great and we recommended the place to other people that were staying in San Diego for the wedding we went to
Horrible food, unknowledgable staff, barely resembles authentic Greek cuisine.
Staff is helpful . I wanted a gyro plate with dips rather than sides that were offered and it was cheerfully worked out. The dips were delicious! So happy I got them/ Gyros was typical.
Stylish place with tasty authentic Greek food. Good selection of wines and beer including local craft brews Ballast Point. The hummus and pita appetizer was delicious, clearly home made, the will bring extra bread as required. Our party had the lamb on the bone, the salmon ,gyro plate, kebob plate and all were delicious. Service was good, an all round good experience.
This is a great place for a casual lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable, and the food is very good. I would highly recommend in every way. Also, it's great for a business lunch, because the service is very quick. All in all, I highly recommend Taverna Blu.
