The staff is very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to work with is customers. I would strongly recommend not using this outfit. Much easier to do the work yourself

The staff at this so-called travel agency is extremely rude and unprofessional. They were unwilling to work with me and laughed at my travel plans. Don't even bother with this outfit; use the internet instead.
