I cannot stress enough how much I would discourage ANYONE from engaging with this ""business."" I ordered a sofa with the anticipated completion date being approximately 30 days later. I received that sofa EXACTLY FOUR MONTHS later. Not only was I NEVER offered an apology but Tarheel NEVER took responsibility for multiple errors and miscommunications. The only thing I was able to count on Tarheel for was their constant blaming of Basset (the actual manufacturer of the sofa I ordered). Purchased Flexsteel sofa and loveseat from these guys a year ago. After about 8-9 months the sofa began squeaking. After several attempts they had someone come to my home to repair. Repairs were helpful. Still squeaked. Several calls later they came to my home, picked up my sofa, sent it from North Carolina to Iowa for repairs.
