Doesn't answer the phone ever. Bad customer service. Wanting to check if they have an item in stock and none of the departments answer the phone lol

First visit since 2017 when I gave up on this store due to the lack of basic customer service, such as human cashiers. I was just picking up one item and figured, how bad could it be?? Really bad!...

This target has undergone an upgrade and has made room for groceries. It does the establishment well to follow in the footsteps of SuperCenters (like Walmart) that offer food choices. It's been a positive change and this all-around, nice-store Target is the better for it. Be aware that they've closed the the Garden Center entry/exit, fyi.

Target stores

Target has it's policies and no matter what your situation is they will not give in. They do not care about customer satisfaction at all. I used to love Target but they have changed so much.
