Called at Christmas time to see if they had the toy that my child wanted. The customer service rep. checked for the item and came back in less than two minutes. She was very patient and explained that there were two versions of the toy with great detail including age ranges. Big difference from Wal-Mart who had me on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on me. The customer service at this store is quite slow. I've stood in line tas long as 20 minutes to returnsomething. However, the lines are less crowded than other retail stores and the employees are always polite.

Store is usually clean. Most employee's helpful. Usually have in stock what I am looking for. Prices average with the stores around them. Usually no long lines at the registers.
