My family and I moved in last year. We have two children 9 & 11, a dog and a cat. I have to say that the community is very quiet, no loud Friday or Saturday nights. The landscaping is very well maintained and if we had a problem, maintenance was very quick to handle it. The front office staff were always polite and helpful. I would not advise anyone to lease at Talbert Woods in Mooresville, NC. It is kind of a zoo here, and when I call the office to complain about something like noise or parties, etc. they tell me to call the police ... that is their job. We have cars racing through the parking lot, not stopping at the signs, etc. I plan on leaving here when my lease is up!

This community is very quiet and extremely close to restaurants, shopping, downtown, and the lake. The buildings and landscaping are well maintained, and staff is very helpful. There is a pool with lounge chairs and tables, a playground for the kids, a pond with a walking trail, and a dog park. There is ample parking space and everyone is friendly. nice location, walking distance to all shops and restaurants, nice neighbors, decent size and clean apartments\town homes, pretty landscaping, community pool, safe area for kids to play, maintance is prompt when needed, buses available inside complex for kids attending school, could realy use help to get ahead financially with free rent, thank you ,,
