I've been staying in the hotel pretty often. I feel very comfortable here and the staff is very good and caring. Rooms are clean.

We had a wonderful time (except for the Apple Store being built across the street - they are working on it day and night, 7 days a week). The facilities, staff and location were fantastic, and we will most certainly stay there again.

Bad: In front of a construction, noisy, small room, cofee/tea in the room not free, not swimming pool, poor facilities
