I like a company that gets to the point when I ask about their services. Tagless Threads didn't try to sell me on a bunch of needless extras. The email responses from Tera was always within 24 hours unlike other printers I was getting quotes from. I'm going to place my order with them soon but so far I've had a good experience with Tagless Threads.

I spoke with Brian at Tagless Threads and was impressed with his patience and straightforward answers to my many questions. When our order arrived we were excited to see the end result and I must say we were happy. We've never had shirts that had such a soft print, you can't even feel the ink. I will be ordering shirts from them again for our next event.

DO NOT USE TAGLESS THREADS!! Bottom line, they sucks to do business with. They are real quick to take your money then after that they will not return emails or phone calls. They will take up 60 days to complete your order and when you call to ask for an update, all they will say is "your job is currently in pre-production. I ordered some tshirts for a home makeover event and they designed, printed , and shipped them to me in less than a week ! They really got me out of a bind and even though I got 50 shirts - they treated me like I got 500 ! They know how to do customer service and the quality was unbeatable - I really like that they ONLY use water based inks too ! Great job Tagless !
