This Taco bell location is located directly on the corner of Cobb Parkway Southeast and Windy Ridge Parkway. It's part of a nationwide chain that features inexpensive Mexican food. There is a drive-thru window open until 4am  Sunday through Thursday, and 5am Friday and Saturday.
