They do have a 100 of their health inspection. As for the food, the taco supreme lacks any seasoning in the beef and the hard shells may be old or badly made as they crack too easily. It's not authentic Mexican but it's edible stuff...if you're hungry. A bit more care as to the shells and seasoning would get them another star
