Taco Bell in Fort Walton Beach always has rude employees

Guess Taco Bell only likes to employ rude people. This was on Beal PKWY FWB. Girl at the drive through refused to let me add something to my order saying they can't do that. When I asked to make a new order she told me...I'd have to get back in line and then started laughing and making fun of me to her fellow Coworkers.

I pulled up to the drive-through speaker at 10:50 PM, and the woman tells me that they are closed. Their closing time as posted on their internet page is 11:00pm.
