Called and asked for a quote to diagnose our front load washer. Quoted $49. After the technician performed the diagnosis we were billed $79. Asked for the $49 quoted price but the technician got irritated and stated someone made a mistake and refused to honor the $49 quote. I called the store the next day and was told they would not honor the $49 quote and they charged our card $79.
