If you will just pay the bill..for sure you will wait more than 15min..very slow workers..looks like they dont care about 15 people waiting..

Made a bill payment at the store and it did not show on my bill. Now I have a late fee, thanks a lot T-mobile. :(No more payments at the store, on-line only.

I wished they would do a lot more than just give you a phone number to call. Should of stayed with Verizon! Can't wait to go back to them
