Same experience as last post. Most employees where casually chatting, singing, goofing around in a busy shop, having people waiting. A woman called "Whitney" treated me with a diva like attitude that is not appropriate for a T-Mobile store. She even refused to assist me, gave me evil looks and …

The shop is clean and neat, the staff friendly and efficient. I visited during a busy lunch time and they helped me quickly!

Maybe there's been a management switch since the last two reviews. I went in today to upgrade from an iPhone 5 to a 6 and these folks had me in and out in no time. Specifically it was the manager Moussa who helped out most. Real dude who gave me real advice, which is something you tend not to …

Terrible service, was told wrong information by the employees at this store which almost cost me buying a new phone. Small, cramped, wish I had read the yelp reviews first. Avoid this store.

The service here was surprisingly terrible, especially since I was served by a guy who claimed to be the manager. Maybe he wasn't. Got a general bad impression. Other T-mobile locations are better.
