I was left a voice message on my cell phone stating that my application had been approved.  I didn't do anything wtih that for a few weeks.  I replayed the message and decided to follow up on it. I was told I had been approved for a certain amount but that I had to put 10% of that approved loan amount on a Moneypak card as a good faith gesture to show my ability to repay.  They said that due to...
